For all returns please contact us on hello[at]tootkit.com after reading the below Returns Policy.
If your item is in stock at the time of purchase and you simply read the sizing chart incorrectly, or the sizing chart was not accurate, please return the item with tags on to the given address (will be given after email contact is made). The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned to us within 2 working weeks to receive a new size (we may need to order in your size – 4 week wait).
Freight of replacement garments is free within New Zealand ( non rural ). Rural & International return freight costs will be payable by you prior to replacement garments being sent.
NOTE - Special Orders and Sale Items cannot be exchanged.
Please send us your measures to ensure we check your sizes ordered.
TOOT is 100% committed to selling good quality products that LAST!! Because we are so confident in the quality of our goods we will happily stand behind their quality. Although it is unlikely that your item will suffer any kind of fault, we understand that factory faults can and do occur from time to time. Because of this we offer a replacement piece the same or similar as purchase. Items that are worn out as a result of long term or excessive usage are not considered to be faulty. Please return all items clean (un laundered items will be returned to sender). We warranty products for factory faults noticed within 3 months of regular use.
